Lessons required to speak Thai confidently
My organisation (Jentana & Associates) has been teaching Thai language to expatriate business people and foreign visitors for more than 30 years.
From our considerable teaching experience with our many international students, we know that at least 20 lessons each of 90 minutes will be required to achieve an adequate level of spoken language and comprehension to allow you to feel comfortable speaking Thai in most social or business situations.
Aside from completing 20 lessons, we also strongly recommend that the first 10 lessons with J&A should be completed within 6 weeks from the commencement of the first lesson, so as to achieve a strong foundation in spoken Thai language.
We should however emphasise, that this is only a recommendation and that you are free to have your lessons at a pace that will best suit your lifestyle and current commitments.
We also recognise that students have varying learning speeds and levels of ability, so consequently the pace of each lesson in the private lesson situation can be adjusted to accommodate your individual learning speed and needs.
