Stir Fried Prawns in a Red Curry Paste

Ingredients ส่วนผสม

200 gram PRAWNS กุ้ง 200 กรัม

1 cup LONG BEANS ถั่วฝักยาว

1 ถต 2 tbsp RED CHILI PASTE พริกแกงเผ็ด 2 tbsp

1/2 cup COCONUT MILK กะทิ 1/2 cup

1/2 cup CHICKEN STOCK น้ำซุปกระดูกไก่ 1/2 ถต

1 LONG RED CHILI พริกชี้ฟ้าแดง 1 เม็ด

1 tsp SUGAR น้ำตาล 1 ชช

1 tsp FISH SAUCE น้ำปลา 1 ชช

2 tbsp OYSTER SAUCE น้ำมันหอย 2 ชต

5 leaves KAFFIR LIME LEAF ใบมะกรูดฉีก 5 ใบ

Tips – เคล็ดลับ:

1. You can use Cooking Oil to replace the Coconut Milk. ใช้น้ำมันพืชแทนกะทิได้ 2. You can always add more Long Beans to your dish if you would like to. สามารถเพิ่มถั่วฝักยาวถ้าชอบ

3. You can add less Chili if you use a pre-mix paste from the Supermarket in case you don’t want your dish too spicy. ลดปริมาณน้ำพริกถ้าไม่ทานเผ็ด

4. Sugar can be added to sweeten your dish, but this is optional. เพิ่มน้ำตาลได้ในกรณีชอบหวาน

5. Tearing the Kaffir Lime leaf into small pieces to enhance the aroma and flavour of the dish การฉีกใบมะกรูดจะทำให้มีกลิ่นหอม
